The nma has won a new top mentor. When Hamburg’s mayor Olaf Scholz visited us in the Betahaus he demonstrated his longtime experience in media and technology. Eliran Lazar, CEO of Israeli startup PushApps and Yannis Evmopolidis, Co-Founder of the Greek participation platform WePolitics, both pitching on behalf of Batch II, were caught by surprise when the former Federal Minister for Labour and Social Affairs confronted them with tough questions about business model and tech features. Scholz was joined by Carsten Brosda, Hamburg’s State Councillor for Culture, Media and Digital Affairs and Eduardo Shoval and Yori Nelken, General Partners at the Israeli investment company OurCrowd, partner of PushApps.
