Our international network keeps growing. We are happy to announce Media Matters as our partners in the Netherlands, which means great news for startups from both acceleration programs, who will have valuable opportunities to scale and expand their connections.🚀
Our partnership includes the exchange of mentors networks and recommendation of startups, as well as the promotion and support for each other’s’ events — which is already happening.
In October, startups from our current and previous batches attended MediaMatching Days in Amsterdam. And teams from the Dutch program are invited to take part of next editions of nma Media Match in Hamburg, where they can get to meet and connect with media representatives and investors in Germany.
“I had many talks with broadcasters and digital publishers. The Dutch organizations usually operate cross-media and are very open to experimenting. This resulted in ongoing conversations with two media outlets for Simply Aloud.” Davide Lovato, co-founder Simply Aloud (Batch 5).

Next Media Accelerator was initiated by the German Press Agency (dpa) and founded in 2015 in Hamburg by several leading investors from the publishing and advertising industry in order to offer media related startups a place to succeed. The program is looking for scalable companies that bring innovation to the media industry and look for international markets.
